Time magizine reported today that the research published in the journal Neurology, shows that people with diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E have slower rates of decline in cognitive memory skills than those with lower with lower amounts.  You can read the entire article at: How Your Diet May Affect Your Risk of Alzheimer’s Disease
