Time to Phone a Friend

Our days are busy and filled with responsibilities.  They can actually go by quickly and the next thing you know another season has passed by.  Can you believe the we are almost a quarter of the way through 2013?
 
The reason I bring this up is that caregivers and professionals can go for long stretches of time without talking to close friends. When they feel super busy or stressed and can use the moral support from a close friend, caregivers can pull back and isolate themselves more.  Don't forget that your closest friends want to be there for you - if not in person than over the phone or video chat ...

Our days are filled with endless tasks and responsibilities. Sometimes, we may even feel we do not have enough time to even sit down for a relaxing meal. It is no wonder that we feel challenged and rushed to get everything done.
 
 
There are 24 hours in a day. Imagine if you could devote and plan one waking hour of each day to yourself. What would you choose to do with one hour just for you?
